Do I need a consultation before XERF treatment?
Yes. Stephanie reviews your goals, relevant health history, treatment area, risks, alternatives, and aftercare before recommending a plan. A prepaid package does not replace that assessment. Results vary.
How much does XERF cost at Velatura?
Each introductory package includes two sessions: Full face $1,999; Full face & neck $2,299; Jawline & neck $1,899; Abdomen $1,999; Eye (upper and under-eye areas) $999. Presale pricing is available through October 31, 2026. The package is not a promise that two sessions will achieve a particular result. Which XERF treatment areas are included in the presale?
The presale menu includes full face, full face and neck, jawline and neck, abdomen, and eye packages covering upper and under-eye areas. A listing is not a determination that an area or treatment is appropriate for you. Stephanie reviews your individual goals and clinical suitability before recommending care.
Can I discuss XERF for my jawline and neck?
Yes. Velatura’s planned XERF menu includes jawline and neck, as well as full face and neck. Bring the specific changes you would like to discuss to your consultation. Stephanie assesses the treatment area and whether XERF, a different approach, or no treatment is appropriate. A package name does not promise a sharper jawline or a particular amount of tightening.
How many XERF sessions will I need, and how far apart?
Velatura’s introductory packages include two sessions. That describes the package, not a treatment requirement for every patient. Stephanie determines the recommended plan and spacing after your assessment. Ask about timing, reassessment, and any future treatment costs before purchasing; two sessions do not guarantee a particular result.
What should I discuss at my XERF consultation?

Neither. XERF uses monopolar radiofrequency energy delivered through a handpiece on the skin, with integrated cooling. It does not use laser light or microneedles. Different technologies have different purposes; your consultation is the place to discuss which approach, if any, fits your goals.
What downtime should I plan for after XERF?
XERF is designed for little interruption to daily life, but temporary redness or swelling can occur. Recovery varies with your skin and treatment. Discuss work, exercise, and important events during your consultation so your plans reflect your individual care—not an assumed recovery time.
