SMS/Text Messaging & Voice Communications Terms
Effective and last updated: October 19, 2026
The terms that govern text-message and voice communications from Velatura Medical Aesthetics & Wellness.
This policy or notice is provided by Velatura Aesthetics, PLLC, doing business as Velatura Medical Aesthetics & Wellness (“Velatura,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Mobile Terms of Service
1. Program and scope
The Velatura Patient Communications program covers SMS/MMS messages and voice communications sent by or on behalf of Velatura, delivered through Aesthetic Record, LeadAR, telecommunications carriers, or another service provider acting for Velatura. Voice calls use (813) 686-6536 and text messages use (813) 686-7144, both managed through Aesthetic Record.
2. Message types
Depending on your relationship with Velatura and the consent you provide, messages may include:
- appointment requests, confirmations, reminders, changes, and check-in instructions;
- administrative responses, account or security notices, and service updates;
- generic, nonurgent care-related instructions or follow-up appropriate for the selected channel; and
- marketing or promotional messages only when you separately and affirmatively opt in.
Appointment, care, account, and security messages will not be combined with coupons, promotions, product offers, referrals, or other marketing. Marketing messages, if any, will be sent separately under documented marketing consent.
3. How you opt in
Website signup form. Visit our Text message signup page at https://velaturaaesthetics.com/sms-signup, also linked from the website footer and Contact page. The optional website popup displays this same LeadAR-hosted form. This form is the electronic consent used to enroll in recurring transactional or marketing text messages.
Enter your contact details, read the disclosures, select the optional consent checkbox for each type of text message you want to receive, and select Submit. The transactional checkbox covers account, order, and requested-service messages, including appointment reminders. The separate marketing checkbox covers special offers, discounts, and product updates. Neither checkbox is preselected. Submitting the form without selecting a consent checkbox does not opt you in to that type of message. Your consent applies only to Velatura, the message purposes you select, and the number you provide. Signup is not required to book, purchase, or receive treatment; the form page provides a Continue to booking without signing up link.
Customer-initiated text conversations. Visit https://velaturaaesthetics.com/contact#text-us and use the Text link to send an initial scheduling or administrative inquiry to (813) 686-7144. The disclosure beside that link explains the reply purpose, message frequency and rates, STOP/HELP instructions, and links to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Sending Velatura a one-to-one text authorizes only conversational replies reasonably related to that inquiry; it does not enroll you in a recurring service or marketing program. Use the website signup form above to select separate recurring-message permissions.
A preselected or default setting and providing a mobile number by itself are not consent. LeadAR maintains the website form submissions and separate messaging-consent records. A browser display preference does not authorize messages or override an unsubscribe.
4. Marketing and automated technology
If Velatura sends recurring promotional texts or marketing calls using automated dialing or selection technology, an artificial or prerecorded voice, an AI-generated voice, or prerecorded voicemail, Velatura will first obtain the prior express written consent required by applicable law. That consent will identify Velatura, the authorized number, the message purpose, and the technology covered. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, booking an appointment, or receiving treatment.
5. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Frequency depends on appointments, requests, account activity, and any program you affirmatively join. Velatura does not charge a separate fee for text messages.
6. Opting out and revoking consent
You may revoke consent at any time. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPT OUT, or clearly express the request by text, email, voicemail, or during a call. We will honor a reasonable request as soon as practicable and, when applicable, no later than 10 business days after receipt. We may send one nonpromotional message confirming your SMS opt-out. No further text messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide valid consent or re-enroll. Aesthetic Record may apply a text opt-out to all SMS categories, including appointment reminders. Velatura may use a legally permitted non-SMS channel for necessary appointment, transaction, account, legal, or safety communications.
7. Help and support
Reply HELP, email info@velaturaaesthetics.com, call (813) 686-6536, or text (813) 686-7144.
8. Privacy and mobile-data protection
Mobile numbers, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to operate Velatura communications on our behalf or as required by law. Additional information appears in our Privacy Policy and, when applicable, our Notice of Privacy Practices.
9. Voice calls and do-not-call requests
Velatura may place or receive live calls through Aesthetic Record, LeadAR, or another service provider for appointment, administrative, account, or nonurgent care-related purposes. Calling us or requesting a callback authorizes a response to that request only; it does not authorize ongoing telemarketing. Promotional calls will be made only as permitted by federal and Florida law. Velatura honors do-not-call requests and other reasonable requests to stop calls. Where required, callers will identify Velatura and the purpose of the call, use accurate caller identification, and provide a working callback method.
10. Call recording and analytics
Aesthetic Record or a related service may offer call tracking, analytics, and optional call recording. Velatura will not record a call without first giving the notice and requesting the consent required by applicable law. You may decline and request another available communication method. This policy is not consent to call recording. Call metadata and any authorized recording are handled under the Privacy Policy and, when applicable, the Notice of Privacy Practices.
11. Sensitive information and emergencies
Text, voicemail, and ordinary telephone channels may not be fully secure and are not monitored continuously. Do not send photographs, diagnoses, medication lists, lab results, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive information — use the Aesthetic Record client portal or the clinical method Velatura provides. Never use these channels for emergencies. Call 911 or seek immediate emergency care for a medical emergency.
12. Delivery, eligibility, and number changes
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages or calls. Delivery is not guaranteed. You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or customary user of the number provided. Notify Velatura before your number is reassigned or is no longer yours.
13. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Material changes to a recurring messaging program will be communicated as required by law.
